Kyle’s Rules for Text Messages

Introduction:
At Kyle’s, all orders and order-related communications are handled via text. Please read these rules carefully to ensure a smooth ordering process.

Rules for Text Messaging:

  • Complete Orders via Text:
    All orders must be sent in full by text. This includes the complete details of what you’d like to order.
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once you text your order, you will receive a confirmation message that includes your total order cost and any remaining balance due.
    • Important: Do not ask for the balance—please refer to the confirmation text we send you.
  • Payment Notification:
    After sending your payment, text us the amount you sent along with your remaining balance. We will confirm receipt of funds via text every time.
  • CashApp Note Policy:
    Please only put “parts” or “auto parts” in cashapp notes. You can text your order.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    • A tracking number is sent by text when your order is shipped. Tracking updates are typically sent around 5-6pm. your time the day your order is shipped.
    • tracking tip , go to the “text or email updates tab, put your phone number in and you will get a text everytime the box moves.
    • Do not repeatedly ask for tracking details; the system updates automatically.
